Coloring Easter Eggs

We colored eggs on Saturday night. Kimball was so excited to “paint eggs”. We colored them after dinner. She kept telling us all through dinner that she was going to paint eggs after dinner.

She would draw on her egg and then put it in a bowl and pour the dye over it with a spoon. When the egg was done, she pulled it out of the bowl it was in, so it only took 2 minutes for her hands to have blue dye all over them.

Kimball is getting much better at smiling on demand!

Kevin always has a fun idea of how he is going to design his eggs. He said that he was fresh out of ideas this year. So, he turned our wakeboard bench around and drew the mural from the back of one of his old wakeboards. I don’t have a creative bone in my body, so Kimball gets all of her artistic abilities from her dad!
