Fun at G’ma & G’pa Briggs’ House

Say Cheese!      

                             

It rained for 7 days straight in Carlsbad, so Kimball had a great time playing in the puddles. She likes to wash her face, so she would touch the water and wipe it on her face. Pretty cute! It was nice to have an area outside where Kimball can go outside and run around.

                   

I love the picture below. It captures Kimball’s genuine smile. She loved running up my parent’s driveway.

Kimball watched “Elmo’s Countdown to Christmas” at least twice a day leading up to Christmas. She loved it and would ask for it everyday! I actually kind of enjoyed watching it with her. They have some famous people on there singing great and catchy songs.

We went out to eat a couple times.

G’ma & G’pa took Kimball and her cousin Mikalynn to Legoland, so we all decided to get a session in at the San Diego temple.

       We went to the local park where Kimball enjoyed the swing and slides. By the way, I think Kimball looks too cute in pig tails. The only challenge is getting her to keep them in.

 

                         

        My brother, Dave, his wife Melissa and their daughter, Mikalynn joined us for a fun morning at the park.

Kevin and I celebrated our 5 year anniversary a little late this year. My parents watched Kimball for us while we stayed at a hotel on the beach. This is the view from our hotel. It was beautiful!
