So my cousin’s Sandra & Kristen and their families came to San Antonio to visit Sea World. My cousin’s both live here in Texas and we have only been together this one time. It is a little sad, isn’t it? They stayed with us in our apartment and worked out pretty well. Kristen, Mikey & Tessa slept on an air mattress in our living room, while Tessa slept in a pack & play right next to them. Buck, Sandra, Kari, Hayden & Rockwell slept in our guest room. Kimball slept in a pack & play in our room. It may not have been the most comfortable stay for them, but we were glad they decided to stay with us. We had a pancake & bacon breakfast the next morning. It is always nice to reconnect with family when you can! Kimball enjoyed playing with all her cousins. She has a fascination with hair and would touch everybody’s hair.
On Sunday morning, our friends the Ames & Dentons came over to watch General Conference with us. Jonathan wanted to make a turkey dinner, so how could we deny someone that wanted to make dinner. We had a potluck with all the sides and desserts and the meal was delicious! We look forward to the spiritual feast that comes with General Conference. There were many things that touched my heart and I can’t wait until the Ensign comes out so I can read the talks all over again!
