In between General Conference sessions on Saturday, we decided to take some pictures in a field of bluebonnets. A bluebonnet is the state flower of Texas, so it only seems natural that we would need to take pictures with them.
Rachel Wickern was our photographer and did an amazing job at capturing Kimball’s personality in these pictures. Rachel is a Texas native and said that the best time to take pictures in the bluebonnets is in the next couple of weeks, so now is your chance. Rachel will be available in the next couple of weeks, so now is your time to get family pictures taken in the Texas Bluebonnets. These are so adorable! I love it. We snapped a couple of bluebonnet pictures today, too. Just me with our point and shoot though, so not as nice as yours! These will be great to have to remember your time in Texas!

Awww... Thanks you guys! It was all Kimball. ;o) She's the star of the show and just allowed for me to snap "a few" shots of her. I'll have the photos for you shortly. I'm working on some computer HardDrive issues, but I got to check them all out and I have many favorites of her. There's not much post processing I'll have to do anyways. Lighting will be the main kicker (not that we didn't all try our best in blocking that harsh light). She was AMAZING to shoot because of how long she stayed happy and completely content on sitting in those oak leaf patches...I mean Bluebonnets... :o)
