We had a very enjoyable Easter and General Conference weekend! Jason and Rachel came over to watch conference with us on Saturday. They watched Kimball while Kevin and I went out to dinner before the Priesthood session.
While Kevin was at Priesthood session, I stuffed candy in Easter eggs and got everything ready for coloring eggs. That's right, we colored Easter eggs at 10:30 the night before. I have no idea where the time went!
We woke up Sunday morning ready to find our Easter baskets that the Easter bunny left. Kimball was not too sure about the big bunny in her basket. We would put her next to it and she would crawl away from it as fast as she could. She warmed up to it after a while.
The Easter bunny brought me some caffeine free Diet Coke and Kevin got some parts for his model trains that he has been working on. Please disregard our early morning looks. A little scary…I know!
Since it was Easter Sunday, I had to take a picture of Kimball in her Easter dress. She looked so cute in it, but was getting frustrated when she couldn’t crawl in it so we didn’t keep her in it for very long.
We invited our friends, the Dentons and Ames over for the Sunday sessions of General Conference. Dentons: Lindsay is crocheting and Jay was taking notes (I think).
Ames: Mandy is knitting and I believe Jonathan was in the kitchen getting ready for Easter dinner
We had a pot luck Easter dinner and it was so delicious!

Cute friends! I was bummed Brinley couldn't wear her easter dress to church! So we had her wear it the following week :-) Kimball is such a doll! Her skin color killllllLs me...so jealous!
