While we were in Utah for Jason & Rachel’s wedding, we decided to take a walk down memory lane and check out familiar places in Provo.
The halls and pathways that Kevin would walk everyday at BYU.
We love Fall and when the leaves change colors. It is one of the many things we took for granted when we lived in Provo. Don’t mind the picture with me in it. I am one that likes to have people in pictures and not always landscape, so I felt the need to jump in a picture Kevin was taking of some trees. Not my most flattering picture…ahhhh well!
The famous library that Kevin spent so much time in studying for classes and the DAT.
On the left, is our first “home” at Seven Peaks apartment complex. Kevin didn’t want to park and take a picture because he thought people would think we were weird, so we did a “drive by” photo. On the right, is a field across the street where we would often play catch with the softball. Good times!
Center Street in Provo. I would drive down this street every morning to get to work. It was hard to maintain a speed of 15 mph. I always wanted to go faster because I was always running behind and needed to get to work on time!
On a side note, we would always “lose” Kimball in Lachelle’s house. It turns out she would sneak into Kyrie & Piper’s room to try on all their shoes. Kimball LOVES shoes, so she was in heaven when she found this jackpot.
Kimball with Aunt Laura. Kimball had a special attachment to Laura’s water bottle. Thanks Laura for letting Kimball slobber all over it.
While we were there, Nate and Lachelle blessed their newest addition, Asher, in church. Kevin stood in the circle during Asher’s blessing and Kimball saw him and was saying “Dada” (in her deep raspy voice) the whole time, so I had to take her out in the foyer until it was done. What a sharp looking family. Thank you Nate and Lachelle for letting us crash your place for the weekend. We had a great time as always with you guys!

I was hoping to see Birchwood when you said Old Stomping Grounds!!! LOL It was definitely interesting being in Rexburg as a married girl after all our wild years. I only told Ryan the good stores :-) He still looks at pictures of us when we were all roomies and he's like, "Is that you???" hahahaha glad to see I've grown up and changed!!!
