Nagging Wife

So, This last weekend Kevin and I went up to Washington for his sister, Laura's wedding. It was nice to see family and be there for Laura's special day! Before we left San Antonio, I asked Kevin if he grabbed the battery charger for our camera. He assured me that he had. I was trying not to ask too many times, so that I wouldn't be the "nagging wife". So, on our flight from San Antonio to Salt Lake, Kevin decided that he should download the pictures from our camera to his computer to free up some space on the memory card for the BIG weekend. He pulled out the camera...hooked it up to his computer and the camera shuts off BECAUSE it is out of batteries. Kevin looked at me and told me that our camera was out of batteries and I told him good thing you grabbed the charger...and he said, "I actually didn't grab the charger, because I thought that we had plenty of battery left since we haven't used our camera lately". He felt pretty bad that he didn't listen to his WISE wife. We had a great weekend...and Kevin made up for it by drawing this picture to explain our whole weekend...On the left, Jeremy & Laura got Married on Friday morning...Kevin wakeboarding behind his dad's boat on the Snake River with me in the back of the boat watching and telling everyone in the boat, "That Kevin Packard, he's so hot right now!"...Kevin's dad is driving the boat and Jason is in the front of the boat wearing his Airsoft G.I. hat that he found at the house...Kevin's mom is in the car (Jetta) racing off to Spokane to visit Justin, Christine & Brielle (born on August 13th). There was always a beautiful sunset. We had a great trip!

I'm sorry about your camera. Good thing Kevin's artistic skills are as good as his wakeboarding skills, because I can invision everything you did!

Kevin, your pict. is better than anything a camera could do. Maybe you should just draw all your memorable moments.

Kevin, I hope you have learned your lesson and from now on will carefully heed the counsel you receive from your WISE wife! (come on now, you've been married long enough to know THAT!) Good to find your blog. :)

Beautiful Kevin, Beautiful. That is all I have to say. Also, don't you hate it when our wives are right?
